The offer

Wave One

€7,500 · six weeks · flat fee

Four qualified first meetings, on one hundred and fifty accounts you approved one by one. The diagnostic and the playbook are included and stay yours, whether or not you continue.

The six weeks

The sequence

  • W1

Diagnostic. Eighteen months of won and lost deals, from a single CSV export of your CRM. We derive the real ICP, the use case that converts, the buyer title and the trigger. Delivered and presented.

  • W1

List. One hundred and fifty accounts maximum, named, each justified by a dated trigger. You approve the list in writing before anyone is contacted.

  • W2

Launch. The first week of messages is submitted to you before anything is sent in your name. You correct, we send.

  • W3 to W5

Execution. Email and phone, two contacts per account maximum. A written update every Friday with the numbers, including when they are bad.

  • W6

Handover. The playbook, the list, the messages and the replies are handed over in a format your team can pick up without us.

  • After

Nothing. No notice period, no automatic renewal, no subscription triggered by default.

The definition

What counts as a qualified meeting

The definition is written into the contract. A meeting that fails any of the four criteria is not counted, even if it happened.

  1. 01The right country, among those defined in week one.
  2. 02The right title, the one identified by the diagnostic.
  3. 03A need stated by the prospect, not inferred.
  4. 04A date in your calendar, and the prospect present.

The commitment

The guarantee

Below four qualified meetings at the end of week six, the work continues without further invoicing until the count is met. This is not a decorative clause: it is the reason we turn down engagements where the diagnostic finds nothing.

The refusal

When we say no

If the week one diagnostic finds no repeatable pattern and no usable trigger, we stop and refund the campaign portion. You keep the diagnostic. We would rather return the money than guarantee a number the data does not support.

The terms

Payment

Fifty per cent on signature, fifty per cent at the end of week six. No deposit against the guarantee: if the count is not met, the balance waits until we have delivered.

The rules, written into the contract

What we do not do.

  • One hundred and fifty accounts maximum, named and approved by you before any contact.
  • No LinkedIn automation, no connection requests, no sequences on your profile.
  • No purchased or scraped lists. Every account is justified by a trigger.
  • Your first week of messages is read by you before anything is sent in your name.
  • Two contacts per account maximum, then the account is closed, never re-worked.

An agency selling volume cannot match these rules. Its economics forbid it.

Ownership

What stays yours

  • The full diagnostic and its data
  • The playbook: ICP, message, trigger, sequence
  • The named list and its account-by-account justification
  • Every message sent and every reply received
